This wotMatters Portal contains the following information about a customer: customer’s email address, calendar events, notes and other related information, which you as a representative of the customer will have access as a user. youMightWonder may change the wotMatters Portal and Information on this Portal at any time, without notice to you or the customer.


2: wotMatters Portal Availability & Access Rules

2.1: Availability

(a) Subject to section 2.1(b), the wotMatters Portal is intended to be accessible on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days per week in Australia with internet access. Access to the Portal is with the prior approval of youMightWonder, and subject to the issuance of a username and password by Google. That approval may be withdrawn at any time by youMightWonder and the wotMatters Portal rendered inaccessible at any time without prior notice and without reason or explanation.

(b) The wotMatters Portal may be subject to routine maintenance and unavailable from time to time. Where the Portal is unavailable, youMightWonder will place a notice on the login-page of the Portal.

(c) Unplanned outages may occur due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of youMightWonder.

2.2: Passwords and security

Each user's Google account credentials are confidential, personal to that user and must not be used by any other person. Each user is responsible for keeping their password secure and take necessary actions applicable, such as changing Google credentials if the security of their password is, or may have been, compromised. youMightWonder will take no responsibility for costs arising from compromised accounts.


3: Warranties

While yopuMightWonder has been careful to ensure that the material on this Portal is accurate, youMightWonder gives no warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of that material, nor does youMightWonder make any warranty that the material on this Portal does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.
